A Rose to Help the Children of Guatemala
I first started working with Developing Faces in 2014 after meeting a member of the
organization through a friend. I went along on the first mission in March 2015. Our team completed 28 complicated surgeries on children and babies with cleft palates, bilateral cleft palates, cleft lip, and ear microtia.
The mission was life changing for me- I now understand why some people get so passionate about the work they do for a charity. The children were absolutely adorable, and the parents' gratitude was sincere and overwhelming.
.
A mission: an important goal or purpose that is accompanied by strong conviction; a calling or vocation.
.
I decided to design a scarfexclusively to help fund Developing Faces' mission. The 'a rose to help the children' scarf was made with 10% cashmere to make it extra soft, and 90% modal to make it airy and lightweight.
.
.
The scarf was inspired by the floating rose petals that I saw while I was visiting the Santa Domingo Monastery in Antigua, Guatemala.
My favorite colors to wear with the scarf are classic black and white:
100% of profits from sales of the scarves will go towards funding the upcoming surgeries the organization will be doing in Guatemala.

When investing in cryptocurrencies, one must exercise extreme caution. My capital investment on Ethereum and Btc was locked along with all of my returns at a fun-eth.com binary investment firm. Though I genuinely think there are legitimate businesses you can invest in, the real hardship is how to know for sure before making a decision. It was almost like watching a movie as the whole thing played out for me when I fell for these con artists posing as investors. Before it happened to me, I could not believe that such things existed. But when it turned out that I couldn’t withdraw my money, I knew exactly what had happened and started looking for a way to get it back. Fortunately, through recommendations from others, I was introduced to a recovery agent named The Exner Hacker . Later on I discovered that the scammers’ website had been taken down, but The Exner Hacker was such a lifesaver; they were able to trace their activities and helped me get my money back. I can’t be more grateful. You can catch up with them by email: TheexnerhackerATprotonmailDOTcom.
