Watching Boats in the Harbor

The dress is certainly a more dressy one than most would wear during the day, but the cut makes the silk and lace a little more wearable during the day. The dress sports a skirt that skims the ankle, floating above an underskirt of tulle that adds volume to what would otherwise be a rather flat skirt. The ruched lace on the bodice is captured in panels of silk chiffon with lace overlay.
